This year, the students of the University of Technology works in the city of Košice. Our project was integrated into the educational programme and contributed an introductory lecture for students on the city’s built heritage and planning history. Particular emphasis was placed on the development of the ring boulvards, from the nineteenth-century urban planning through the transformations of the twentieth century to several contemporary challenges in urban development today.
